What does "User" mean?
User is an account that a specific employee will use in the company account. Hugery.com does not work under a concurrent licensing model, i.e. the subscription price will be calculated based on the number of all users added to the company's account.
What does "from 3 users" mean in "Team" plan?
It's simple. If you want to start using "Team" plan, you will be asked to purchase seats from 3 users. This does not mean that if you are 1 or 2 people, you can not use the product. You can, on the contrary, and you will always have a reserve.
Is it possible to change the number of users during the active subscription period?
Yes, you get a certain limit on the number of users, within which you can delete unnecessary accounts and add new ones. If you need to add new users, then contact us to pay for accounts for these users, after payment we will expand the limit of the company's account.
What does "one connection" mean?
"One connection" means that you can connect only one account to any messaging channel. For example, you can connect only one Telegram bot, only one WABA account, or only one live chat
What does connecting to WhatsApp look like?
Integration with WhatsApp is performed using WhatsApp Business API (WABA) through an authorized provider. The cost of maintaining a WABA account is not included in the plans Hugery.com, it is paid by you directly to the provider. The team Hugery.com will accompany you at the stage of obtaining WABA accounts from the provider.
What payment methods are available?
Firstly, we accept Visa and Master Card bank cards for payment. If the amount of a one-time payment is $1000 or more, then you can pay by bank transfer (please contact us to receive an invoice). Secondly, the payment currency can be RUB, USD, EUR.
Is it possible to be contracted?
If the amount of a one-time payment is $3000 or more, then we are ready to draw up a bilateral contract with you. To get a contract template, please contact us. In all other cases, the Term of Service is valid.
Is VAT included in the price (only for residents of the Russian Federation)?
No, the amount of VAT is not included in the pricing. Please take this into account.
What happens after the free trial period ends?
If you understand that Hugery.com suits you, choose a plan, a payment method, and subscribe. For payment, you need to contact us. If the product does not fit (at this moment, we are sad), the account you created will be blocked, and you do not owe anything. But think again, maybe after all...
